By accessing or purchasing from this store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Ian Croft Collection reserves the right to cancel any order if age verification cannot be confirmed. 

II. Eligibility 

By placing an order you confirm that it is legal to purchase adult products in your jurisdiction. Ian Croft Collections is not responsible for any legal issues arising from purchases made in jurisdictions where such products are restricted or prohibited. 

III. All Sales Final

All purchases are final. Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or changes under any circumstances. Refunds or replacements are issued only in the event of shipping damage or an incorrect item being sent. 

IV. Billing 

All charges should appear as ICC on your bank or credit statement. 

V. Shipping & Discretion

All orders are packaged and shipped with discretion in mind, with marked packing of "ICC". Ian Croft Collection is not responsible for delays caused by carries once the order has been dispatched.

VI. Right to Cancel

Ian Croft Collection reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at the sole discretion. 

VII. Limitation of Liability

Ian Croft Collection is not responsible for any injury, damage, or misuse arising from the use of our products.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
